WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please know American Graham reserves the right to sell or not to sell to anyone at our discretion.

We prefer to be in "brick and mortar" store fronts. Opening order minimum is $450.

We offer trade area protection under the following conditions:

Minimum 3 mile radius of your store.
No more than ONE store in towns with populations below 25,000.
Locations with less than 1,000 sf of retail sales floor or online only boutiques will not be granted an exclusive territory. These locations may lose their ability to sell our product should a traditional "bricks and mortar" store be approved that is located within 3 miles of said location.
You must order a minimum of $400 or 3 styles every 90 days to maintain trade area protection.
Open sizing to make is super easy when ordering. Live inventory levels available online in your wholesale account.
In the event a retailer is not truthful about their store's said location on their application, the application will be denied.
If you are a current retailer and we discover you have not been truthful about your store's details or location, your account will be closed effective immediately.
Do not presale our items without consent from American Graham. If an item is not listed on our website, please do not share it on your website or social media. We will let you know when you can begin selling an item. If you do not follow this rule, you may lose your area protection.

Amount is due in full. Once you pay your invoice, we’ll put together your order and ship it out to you. If for any reason American Graham cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a complete refund.

RETURN POLICY:

American Graham currently does not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Concerns should be addressed within 5 business days of receipt of order. If you have concerns with your order, please email americangraham@gmail.com and attach a picture of damaged item and include the order number.

After purchase, NO cancellations will be accepted.

We are working hard to find alternatives and will always print on high quality garments. Please note that some shirt colors will vary from the listing photos, until supplies can return to normal.
